B2B Invoicing with Two – Setup Guide

Market & Currency Compatibility

  • Supported Markets: Sweden (SE), Norway (NO), United Kingdom (UK)

  • Supported Languages: Swedish, Norwegian, English

  • Supported Currencies: SEK, NOK, GBP

Additional currencies will be supported soon.


1. Initial Setup

To activate B2B invoicing, you’ll need agreements with both Mondido and Two.
Mondido will send you an agreement. Once it’s signed, Two typically takes over and contacts you directly.

Request Onboarding:
Send an email to support@mondido.com to begin the onboarding process.

After both agreements are signed, you can proceed with the full setup.


2. Mondido Account

a) Create a Mondido Account

If you don’t yet have a Mondido account, you can create one here:

b) Configure Mondido Admin

In Payment Templates, make sure to:

  • Add a link to your Terms & Conditions

  • Check the box for “T&C” to ensure compliance


3. Shopify Integration

a) Install Mondido Payments

Install the Mondido Payments app in your Shopify store and connect it to your Mondido account.

b) Install Checkout Manager

Follow the Checkout Manager Guide:

Use Checkout Manager to:

  • Rename the payment method (e.g., “Pay later with Two”)

  • Enable “Access to Fetch Items” in Advanced Settings

c) Confirm Visibility

Ensure that the Two payment option/icon is active and visible in checkout.

4. What Happens Next?

Final Testing & Activation

When your setup is complete, send an email to support@mondido.com.
Mondido and Two will verify the integration and notify you when you're ready to go live.

If you have sandbox keys from Two, you may run your own tests using their documentation:
https://docs.two.inc using our payment links.


Capture (Required to Complete the Payment Flow)

To complete the payment flow, Capture is required for every order.
Choose the method that suits your workflow:

  • Enable auto-capture in Shopify (Settings → Payments)

  • Capture manually via Mondido Admin

  • Capture via Two’s portal

There’s no single “correct” method — the key is that every order must be captured.

You’ll also receive access to Two’s customer portal to view and manage transactions.
