Remove your account/end agreement

If you wish to remove your account with Mondido, please follow this guide: 


Checklist: 

☑️ Have I downloaded all reports/transaction history I need for bookkeeping?

☑️ Have I canceled all active subscriptions and recurring payments?

☑️ Have I checked that I’m in the correct account? (In the top left corner you can see which account you’re logged into)


Steps To Remove Your Account

  1. Log in to Mondido
    In the left menu, select "Integration".

  2. Go to "Products and Services"
    Navigate to the "Danger Zone" section, where you’ll find a "Delete Account" button (currently labeled for deactivation; the label will be updated soon).
    Please read the warning text carefully.

    1. If you have no other accounts, you’ll see a confirmation screen.
    2. If other accounts exist, you’ll be directed to the next account.

  3. Confirm Deactivation
    You’ll receive a prompt asking if you’re sure you want to permanently delete your account.
    When you are certain, click "OK".

    Note: The label currently says the account is permanently deleted. In reality, your data is still saved for bookkeeping and legal reasons, but you cannot access it without support assistance.
    The label will be updated soon. Please contact us if you feel uncertain!


Recurring Payments

If you have recurring payments through your account, you must cancel all active plans/subscriptions first to prevent further charges to your customers. Here’s how:

  1. Access Billing Plans
    In the Mondido menu, go to "Billing Plans".

  2. Locate Active Plans/Subscriptions
    Find any active plans connected to recurring payments. If unsure, review each plan.

  3. Cancel Subscriptions

    • Open each relevant plan and select "Cancel subscriptions for this plan". Uncheck the box and confirm cancellation.
    • Repeat this for each active plan.
  4. Deactivate Recurring Payments

    • Return to "Integration" > "Products and Services" and disable "Recurring Payment".
    • Confirm the deactivation.

Once all plans and subscriptions have been canceled and recurring payments deactivated, you can proceed with account deactivation.


If you do not have any other account you will see the a screen as below. If  you have other account you will be transferred to that. 



Billing


When you remove your account, invoicing will automatically stop.

Since Mondido invoices retrospectively, you will still receive a final invoice the following month, covering your last active period (stated on the invoice).
