How to Integrate Vipps with Mondido

You can use Vipps with Mondido in two ways — it depends on where your company is registered.

Option 1: For Norwegian Companies

If your company is registered in Norway, you can connect Vipps directly.
You’ll need:

• An active Mondido account

• A Norwegian organization number (NUF)

• A Norwegian bank account for payouts

• A Vipps agreement and access to the Vipps Business Portal

Once you have everything ready, our onboarding team can help you connect Vipps to your Mondido account.

Option 2: For Swedish Companies

If your company is registered in Sweden, you can still offer Vipps through Mondido’s card integration.

You’ll need:

• An active Mondido account

• A completed and approved Card Application
  How to complete your card application

• In your application, mention that it’s for Vipps (either in the business model description or by emailing us).
  Example: “We sell t-shirts – please add Vipps.”

Once approved, we’ll enable Vipps as part of your card setup.

Who Can Use Vipps / MobilePay?

⚙️ Technical Setup

If you already have a Vipps agreement, please share these details with us:

• MSN (Merchant Serial Number)

• Client ID

• Client Secret

• Subscription ID

You can find these in your Vipps Business Portal, or by:

• Contacting Vipps Business Support, or

• Adding Mondido (support@mondido.com) as a partner in your Vipps portal (recommended)

If you don’t have a Vipps agreement yet, let us know — we’ll connect you with the right person at Vipps.

Make sure to select Mondido as your Sales Unit Provider.

Shopify Setup

When everything is ready:

1. Enable the Mondido payment icon in Shopify (you must have one logo active).

   Note: The Vipps logo isn’t yet available in Shopify.

2. In Checkout Manager, rename the payment method to “Pay easy with Card or Vipps”. or whatever you like!

✅ Final Notes

• Add Mondido (support@mondido.com) as a partner in your Vipps portal if you’d like us to help with setup.

• Make sure your payout bank account is correctly connected in Vipps.
