Add Your Own Logo in the Payment Window

Having your own logo in the payment window provides a more professional and consistent experience for your customers. Follow the steps below to replace the default logo with your own.

Step 1: Log in to your Mondido account

Go to Mondido and log in with your account details.
Once logged in, click on Payment Templates in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Replace the logo

Under Payment Templates, locate the Logo field.
Upload your logo (PNG or JPG format).
Copy the link to your file (see next section on how to create a link).
Paste the link into the Logo field.
Check the box “Show logo”.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.

How do I create a link to my logo?

For your logo to appear in the payment window, it needs to have a URL link. Here are different ways to create one:

Example 1: Shopify (simple and popular)

Go to Shopify admin.
Click on Files in the menu.
Find your logo and click Copy link on the right.
Paste the link into Mondido.

Example 2: Google Drive

Upload your logo to Google Drive.
Right-click on the file → Get shareable link.
Change settings to Anyone with the link can view.
Copy the link and use it in Mondido.

Example 3: Dropbox

Upload your logo to Dropbox.
Right-click on the file → Create link.
Copy the link and use it in Mondido.

Example 4: Online image hosting

Use an online service where you can upload an image and get a direct link (e.g. TinyPic, ImgBB or similar).
Upload your logo.
Copy the generated link and use it in Mondido.

Done! Your logo will now appear in the payment window.
