If you want to delete your Mondido account, follow the steps below.
Note: Deleting an account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and the account cannot be restored.
Check which account you are logged in to
If you have several accounts linked to the same email address, please make sure you are logged in to the correct account before proceeding.
Important about subscriptions and recurring payments
If you have active subscriptions, stored cards, or recurring payments, you must deactivate them before deleting your account. Otherwise, your customers may still be charged even after the account is deleted.
How to deactivate subscriptions:
- Log in to Mondido and go to Billing plans in the menu to the left.
- Find all active plans/subscriptions. If you are unsure, check them anyway.
- Click on a plan to open its details.
- Select Cancel all subscriptions for this plan and confirm.
- Repeat for all plans with active subscriptions.
How to deactivate recurring payments:
- In the left menu, go to Integration > Products and services.
- Uncheck the box for Recurring payments and confirm the change.
Steps to delete your account
- Log in to the Mondido admin panel.
- In the menu to the left, select Integration.
- Open the tab Products and services.
- Scroll down to the Danger zone and click Delete account.
- Read the warning text carefully.
- If you are sure, confirm by clicking OK.
If you only have one account, it will be deleted immediately. If you have multiple accounts, you will automatically be logged in to the next one.
