How to Add a New Merchant to Your Existing Account

  1. Log in to your Mondido account.

  2. Hover over the column house icon (top left corner of the dashboard).

  3. Click on “Add Merchant +” and enter a name for your new merchant.

  4. Press Enter to confirm.

  5. Complete the onboarding steps by filling in the required company information. There are three short steps to complete.

That’s it! Once done, your new merchant will be added to your account and ready to use.


? NOTE:
If you are creating this merchant to replace an existing one, make sure to deactivate the old merchant and reach out to support before the new one is set up.
This helps avoid duplicate invoicing and other issues.
