Checklist

Accounts & Agreements

• A Mondido account

• A Zaver account

• Signed contracts with both Mondido and Zaver

Shopify Setup

• Installed Mondido Payments in Shopify

• Connected Mondido Payments to the merchant’s Mondido account

Mondido Configuration

• Added and enabled Terms & Conditions in the payment template

• Added the merchant’s logo in Mondido checkout settings

Checkout Appearance

• Ensured at least one checkout icon is active

  • If another icon is already active (e.g., Swish), that’s enough

  • If not, temporarily activate the Mondido icon until Zaver’s icon is released (expected end of 2025 or early 2026)

Checkout Manager

• Installed Checkout Manager in Shopify

• Enabled Advanced Settings in Checkout Manager

Step by step;

1. Create a Mondido Account

✅ If you don’t already have an account, you can create one here: https://access.mondido.com/en/register

Make sure to:
✅ Add your company logo and
✅ enable Terms & Conditions in Mondido:

2. Install the Mondido Payments App in Shopify

✅ The Mondido Payments app must be installed in your Shopify store: How to integrate Mondido in Shopify

✅ Add icon:

(It must be at least one icon/logo active for the payment method to be visible to your customers, if you already have a payment method live with us you can skip  - We will offer the Zaver logo within soon).

3. Install the Checkout Manager App

✅ The Checkout Manager app must be installed:

✅ activate Advanced Settings (checkbox).

4. Optional: Test Purchase

We recommend adding a test product priced at 100 SEK to check the payment flow buy simply buying something in your store.

⚠️ Important: You will receive a credit check from Zaver—this is why Mondido cannot perform a live test on your behalf (as it would result in too many credit checks on our team members' personal accounts).

You can choose to test yourself or simply wait for a real payment to come in. If any issues arise, we’ll assist you!

Note for Instalment Payments: The total purchase amount must be at least 100 SEK (lower amounts won’t work).

Capture the payment in Shopify
(Applicable if a "Pay later" method was tested).

5. Let Us Know When Everything is Ready

Once all steps are completed, let us know! We will then:
Control the logs if you have a test payment completed to ensure everything works as intended.
