Here are the prices for our various payment methods. Further below, you'll find examples of how to calculate the fees.

Minimum charge	450 SEK / month

The gateway fee represents the expense incurred for transactions managed by Mondido when processing a payment request. Interchange ++ or other fees from third parties may be added to the actual cost.

Minimum charge

If the total transaction fees for a given month are below the minimum threshold of 450 SEK, the invoice amount will be 450 SEK.

Billing

We issue invoices at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s transactions.

Payment terms: 10 days net.

Example fee calculations

Example with 100 monthly Swish transactions on Shopify with an average order value of 250 SEK:

100 x 1,50 SEK = 150 SEK (numbers of transactions x fixed fee)
25.000 SEK x 1% = 250 SEK (total sales x percentage fee)
25.000 x 0,5% = 125 SEK (total sales x platform fee)
150 SEK + 250 SEK + 125 SEK = 525 SEK (all three above)
Monthly fee: 525 SEK (since the total fee is higher than the minimum charge, we will invoice the total fee)

Example with 25 monthly Swish transactions on Shopify with an average order value of 50 SEK:

25 x 1.50 SEK = 37.50 SEK (numbers of transactions x fixed fee)
1250 SEK x 1% = 12.50 SEK (total sales x percentage fee)
1250 x 0,5% = 6.25 SEK (total sales x platform fee)
37.50 SEK + 12.50 SEK + 6.25 SEK = 56.25 SEK (all three above)
Monthly fee 450 SEK (since the fee is lower than the minimum charge, we will invoice the minimum fee)

Subscription example with 100 monthly stored card transactions on WooCommerce with an average order value of 250 SEK:

100 x 1 SEK = 100 SEK (numbers of transactions x fixed fee)
25.000 SEK x 0,5% = 125 SEK (total sales x percentage fee)
25.000 x 0,5% = 125 SEK (total sales x platform fee)
25.000 SEK x 0,5% = 125 SEK (total sales x percentage feel for subscriptions)
250 SEK (fixed monthly fee for subscriptions)
100 SEK + 125 SEK + 125 SEK + 125 SEK + 250 SEK= 725 SEK
Monthly fee 725 SEK (since the total fee is more than minimum fee, we will charge the total fee)
