If your Swish number appears to be stuck in a "loading" state or hasn't been verified, please follow the steps below:
1. Double-check your details
As a first step, please ensure that both your organization number/registration number and Swish number are entered exactly as they appear in your agreement with the bank. Even small differences in formatting can prevent verification.
2. Confirm your provider setup
Make sure that you have selected Mondido as your Technical Provider in your internet bank, TL-number: 9872450995).
3. Still not working? Contact Swish or your bank
If the information is correct and the issue persists, you will need to contact Swish or your bank directly.
Unfortunately, the verification process on their end is outside of Mondido's control, and they will need to investigate why your number hasn't been verified properly.
